I have spent all my life dealing with and worrying about my Rosacea — whenever I got upset, excited, nervous or embarrassed, my Rosacea would flare. I didn't know what it was at the time; the flares affected my confidence in school and into the workforce. I avoided being the centre of attention, drawing any attention to myself or presenting in front of people.

In the last 3 months I have been attending Olive Skin Aesthetics and seeing Dr Shanti and Beaulah to complete their Rosacea laser treatment, and now I am volunteering to run training sessions in front of a team of people — my confidence has increased due to me no longer fearing that my face is turning red.
