Essential Guidelines

General Aftercare Guidelines

1

Sun protection

Avoid direct sun exposure and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily.

2

Skin care

Keep the treated area clean and gently moisturised. Avoid harsh scrubs, exfoliants, or chemical peels.

3

Avoid heat

Refrain from hot showers, saunas, or strenuous exercise that causes excessive sweating for 24–48 hours.

4

Do not pick

Avoid touching, scratching, or picking at the treated area, as this may increase the risk of irritation or infection.

5

Monitor your skin

Some redness, swelling, or mild discomfort is common for 24–48 hours. Contact your practitioner if you notice unusual pain, blistering, or signs of infection.

6

Follow-up appointments

Attend any scheduled follow-up sessions to monitor progress and discuss further treatments if needed.
